Bastaer Marine Co. is a General Ship Supply Company offering marine stores, provisions, spare parts, and technical services to vessels calling at all Egyptian ports.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality products, competitive prices, and reliable service to our global maritime clients.

3. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Provisions supply: fresh, frozen, and dry stores.

  • Cabin, deck, and engine stores.

  • Marine safety equipment and tools.

  • Technical and logistics support for ship operations in Egypt.

All services are offered subject to port regulations, availability, and client approval.

4. Quotations and Orders

  • Quotations are valid for the time specified in the offer.

  • Orders become binding only after written confirmation by Bastaer Marine Co.

  • Any modifications must be communicated in writing and accepted by both parties.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to supply chain limitations, force majeure, or unpaid balances.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in USD or EGP unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment terms are agreed upon before delivery and stated in the invoice.

  • Delayed payments may incur late fees or suspension of services.

  • The client is responsible for bank transfer charges and currency conversion costs.

6. Delivery and Risk

  • Deliveries are made according to vessel schedules and port clearance.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the client once goods are delivered onboard.

  • Bastaer Marine Co. is not responsible for delays due to port authority inspections, customs procedures, or weather conditions.

7. Returns and Claims

  • Claims regarding shortages or damages must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returned goods must be authorized and in their original condition.

  • Perishable goods are non-returnable unless proven defective upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bastaer Marine Co. is not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

  • Port delays, vessel detentions, or customs penalties.

  • Client’s failure to provide accurate or timely information.

Total liability shall not exceed the invoiced amount of the specific order in dispute.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic restrictions, or port closures.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, logos, and content on bastaermarine.co are the property of Bastaer Marine Co. and protected under intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

All commercial information shared between the company and clients will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Upload harmful or illegal content.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
